Priced Per Project

DIY / Guided Remodel

This option is perfect for clients who want to tackle their own remodel but need guidance along the way—whether a little or a lot.

We work with clients to develop the perfect design and handle sourcing all materials, ensuring quality selections that fit your project. Clients are provided with approximate delivery dates and pick-up arrangements for all materials. Essential design tools—such as computer-rendered drawings, project layouts, floor plans, and material specifications—are included to assist with installation. Plus, we’re just a phone call away for quick guidance throughout your DIY project.

Initial Consultation – $125

This one-hour, in-home consultation is highly detailed. We ask questions to understand not only your project but also your personal style and needs. Measurements are taken, and preliminary calculations—like cabinet design and placement, square footage, and faucet spreads—are made to create an accurate preliminary budget. We do not provide “quick estimates”; instead, we provide a fully detailed quote tailored to your project.

Design & Budget Review

In this consultation, we review the design and present a preliminary budget. If the client is comfortable with the plan, a one-time, non-refundable design fee is collected. This fee, typically 2%-5% of the total project budget, allows us to finalize selections and make detailed adjustments. In cases requiring extensive revisions, additional charges may apply.

Additional On-Site Assistance

If more in-depth support is needed during installation, or if a Creative Kitchen & Bath representative is required on site, services are billed at an hourly rate of $125.

Design Only

$750.00+

Design & Planning ONLY

This option is ideal for clients who may not be ready to commit to construction but want to explore design ideas and gather budget information. It’s also perfect for clients who already have a preferred installer but need assistance with the design.

Design Review

In this follow-up consultation, we review the design(s) and provide all necessary drawings and layouts.

If additional revisions or a detailed list of materials and products is needed, an hourly fee of $125 will be billed.

This service starts at $750, with the final fee determined by the scope and level of detail required. Pricing and project specifics will be discussed during a brief phone consultation, and the fee is due at the initial consultation.

Color Consultation

$225.00

This one-hour, in-home consultation is perfect for clients seeking quick design advice, guidance, or inspiration—especially for paint color selection. Whether it’s a single room or a full-house color scheme, you’ll receive clear, honest, and practical guidance to help bring your vision to life.

Pricing is based on an average of 4–5 rooms. For additional rooms beyond five, a $50 per room fee will apply.

We work with Sherwin-Williams and bring a color fan deck to your home. Within 48 business hours, we’ll email two curated color schemes with detailed recommendations, helping you make confident, cohesive choices for your space.

Installation Only

Priced Per Project

This option is designed for clients who already have all their materials but need professional installation. Pricing is per project, as the scope of work will vary depending on the size and complexity of each job.
