Full-Service Design & Remodel
Our Full-Service Design & Remodel is our most comprehensive and popular service, providing a seamless, stress-free experience from concept to completion. We manage every aspect of your remodel, allowing you to enjoy the transformation while we handle the details.
Our design process begins with understanding your lifestyle, design preferences, functional needs, and investment goals. Following your in-home consultation, you'll receive a Design Agreement outlining the project scope, design services, and applicable retainers.
Once the agreement is in place, our team begins the exciting process of designing your space and carefully sourcing products that align with your vision and budget. When your design is complete, we'll present a comprehensive Design Presentation, including detailed renderings, finish selections, product recommendations, and a preliminary investment proposal.
After reviewing your design together, we'll make any necessary revisions until every detail feels just right. Once approved, product deposits are collected, materials are ordered, and construction scheduling begins.
Throughout your remodel, your Creative Kitchen and Bath Designer will work closely with installers, contractors, and vendors—both on-site and behind the scenes—to ensure every detail is executed according to plan and that your project progresses smoothly.
Upon completion, we'll conduct a final walkthrough together to review the finished space, address any remaining details, and ensure everything meets our high standards before considering your project complete.
Because every home and every client is unique, our projects are priced individually. Final investment is determined by the scope, selections, and complexity of your remodel.

This relaxed 15-minute conversation gives us an opportunity to learn more about your project, answer your initial questions, and determine whether we're the right fit for one another. Initial In-Home Consultation
$150 | Approximately One Hour
Our Initial Consultation is far more than a simple estimate.
During this in-home meeting, we'll discuss your vision, lifestyle, design preferences, functional needs, and investment goals in detail. We'll take measurements and gather the information necessary to begin developing your project.
Rather than providing a generic estimate, our goal is to deliver a thoughtful, detailed proposal tailored specifically to your home and your project.
We'll also discuss anticipated timelines, budget expectations, and what you can expect throughout the Creative Kitchen and Bath design and remodeling experience.
Design Agreement & Retainers
Following your consultation, you'll receive a Design Agreement outlining the scope of work, design services, estimated project timeline, and fee schedule.
A design retainer is collected based on the size and complexity of your project. This investment allows us to begin creating your custom design, sourcing products, preparing detailed drawings and renderings, and developing your project budget.
Once your design has been finalized and approved, product deposits are collected, materials are ordered, and your project is officially scheduled for construction.

DIY / Guided Remodel
Our DIY / Guided Remodel service is designed for homeowners who want to manage their own renovation while benefiting from professional design expertise and planning. Whether you simply need a professionally designed plan or ongoing guidance throughout your project, we're here to help you remodel with confidence.
We'll work closely with you to create a custom design that reflects your style, functional needs, and budget. Our team will source quality materials, cabinetry, fixtures, finishes, and other project selections, ensuring everything coordinates beautifully and arrives when needed.
You'll receive detailed design documents—including computer renderings, floor plans, cabinet layouts, elevations, and material specifications—to help guide your installation. We'll also provide estimated delivery timelines and pickup information for all ordered products.
While you'll be managing your own remodel, you won't be doing it alone. We're always just a phone call or email away to answer questions and provide professional guidance throughout your project.
Initial In-Home Consultation

Additional on-site assistance is available at a discounted rate of $125 per hour, with scheduling based on availability.
Design Only

Design Planning Package
Our Design & Planning Package service is perfect for homeowners who aren't quite ready to begin construction but want a professionally designed plan for the future. It's also an excellent option for clients who already have a trusted contractor or installer and simply need expert design guidance.
Whether you're planning months ahead or preparing to obtain contractor bids, we'll create a thoughtful design that balances beauty, functionality, and budget while giving you the confidence to move forward when the time is right.
Initial In-Home Consultation

Design Review
Once your design is complete, we'll meet to present your customized design package.
Your design package may include computer renderings, floor plans, cabinet layouts, elevations, and other planning documents appropriate for your project. We'll review the design together, discuss recommendations, answer questions, and provide the information needed to confidently move forward with your remodel.
Should you require additional revisions, expanded design services, or a detailed materials and product specification list beyond the original scope, those services are available at $125 per hour.
Investment
Design & Planning Only services begin at $750, with the final investment based on the size, complexity, and level of detail required for your project.

This one-hour, in-home consultation is perfect for clients seeking quick design advice, guidance, or inspiration. You can ask questions about anything from color palettes and furniture placement to overall design ideas, and you’ll receive clear, honest, and practical answers to help move your project forward.
Color Consultation
$350.00
This one-hour, in-home consultation is perfect for clients seeking quick design advice, guidance, or inspiration—especially for paint color selection. Whether it’s a single room or a full-house color scheme, you’ll receive clear, honest, and practical guidance to help bring your vision to life.
Pricing is based on an average of 4–5 rooms. For additional rooms beyond five, a $50 per room fee will apply.
We work with Sherwin-Williams and bring a color fan deck to your home. Within 48 business hours, we’ll email two curated color schemes with detailed recommendations, helping you make confident, cohesive choices for your space.
Installation Only
Priced Per Project
This option is designed for clients who already have all their materials but need professional installation. Pricing is per project, as the scope of work will vary depending on the size and complexity of each job.
