Pricing Levels

As the name indicates, when you choose this option, your entire design project — from start to finish — will be handled by our professional and experienced team. All materials will be purchased by us allowing for ease of installation and an overall smooth project completion. After the initial retainer fee of $300-$750, depending on the scope of work, we’ll spend as much time as necessary to make sure your vision comes to life. This option includes:

Option 2 – Project Design

Already have your faucet, sink, or a special decorative tile picked out? Let our professional team work with you on finding the perfect layout for your kitchen or bathroom. Then, our contractors will work quickly and efficiently to realize your vision. The first 5 hours of design work are FREE. (This typically covers the in-home consultation and showroom selection appointment.) All design hours afterward subject to a rate of $80.00/ hr.

• Installation Rate – Per Project

Option 3 – Design Consultation

Work with our experienced design team to create your new kitchen or bathroom space. Our designers have an understanding of current home design trends. We can help transform your out-of-date kitchen or bathroom into a beautiful reflection of your personal style using hand rendered and 3D generated layouts.

• Design Rate – $80.00/ Hr.
• Hand Rendered Layout/ Plan Design – FREE
• Computer Generated 3D Design and Layout Plan – $300.00 per Design

Option 4 – Installation Only

Looking for professional installation of your appliances, countertops, cabinets, or flooring? The team at Creative Kitchen & Bath has the knowledge and experience to do it all. Any additional design or consultations will be subject to a design rate of $80/ hr.
